Commission Express of West Florida is locally owned and operated by RMC Factors, LLC, as part of the Commission Express National, Inc. franchise system.   Principals, Mitchell Rice and Michael Rice, have been active in the Tampa and southeastern US real estate industry for 20 years.

History of Commission Express.  The business was founded by two successful brokers to provide commission advances to successful agents and brokers functioning as "the bridge" between the cash flow peaks and valleys of the real estate business.  By 1996, the company had become so successful that the founders began offering the Commission Express business model to entrepreneurs nationwide.  Today, there are more than 70 Commission Express offices across the country, providing national financial clout with a local touch.  Commission Express is the only franchise real estate commission advance company in the country, providing all the advantages of local market experience, knowledge and personal customer relationships and support.
