Commission Express of North Florida is owned and operated by Don Mullinax. We are located in Fruit Cove and serve the agents and brokers of North Florida  and South Carolina in providing  commission advances to assist in managing your business. My background in the financial services arena includes over 25 years experience in banking, mortgage banking, and the title industry. This experience is an asset to underwriting the transactions we fund to ensure each funding has a high probability of closing. In the event a closing is delayed, we provide a 30 day grace period to accommodate any unexpected delay of your closing. In the unlikely event your sale does not close, we will work with you to move the transaction to another sale.

Our goal is to bring a value-added relationship to the table in supporting your business by providing your commission advance in a timely manner. We endeavor to work with you to provide working capital when you need it to assist you in realizing business opportunities requiring capital.
