Commission Express of Kentuckiana is owned by Hilliard Financial, LLC, Randy Deaton, President.  Prior to Commission Express, Randy worked in commercial banking for 14 years.  It was during this period he realized the advantages businesses had when they needed cash.  Whenever a company was short on money they could simply sell their 30 to 60-day receivables at a slight discount and receive immediate cash. 

The ability to take control of cash flow by selling receivables (“commissions”) is powerful…and Randy, who’s parents were both Realtors, understood the value of what that tool could mean in the hands of successful, local Real Estate Agents. 

Consequently, in May 2003 Commission Express of Kentuckiana opened its doors.  Never before had a locally owned, franchised business established itself in the Kentucky/Southern Indiana region to exclusively serve the cash flow needs of its Real Estate Agents. 

As expected, the demand among Agents taking control of their cash flow has been significant.  By August 2009, Commission Express of Kentuckiana had advanced more than 1,200 commissions in excess of $3.6 Million Dollars.

To meet the growing needs of the local office, Karen Nance joined Randy in 2005 and has since then been running the day-to-day operations of the business.  Like Randy, Karen understands the financial demands of today’s Real Estate Agents.   Together, Karen and Randy strive to provide excellent customer service with honesty and integrity. 

Commission Express of Kentuckiana received the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors “2005 Affiliate of the Year” award.  Commission Express of Kentuckiana was also recognized by it’s peers with “The Rookie of the Year” award in 2004, the  “Marketing Award” in 2006 and a “99% of Receivables Redeemed” Award in 2006.
